From Peels to Casein is research and development project of a series of objects that are being used for eating. Eunji Jun made it out of dairy industry surplus as the basic material which is dyed with plantbased food waste. Which are collected from food markets, factories, and creator's kitchen to suggest a solution for plastic and food waste issues. The project is an attempt to influence our behaviors towards using plastics and wasting food by motivating us to reflect on our daily consumption habits.
