- Mehrere bestehende ältere Gebäude werden in ein Hotel mit Restaurant umgebaut.
In der Mitte der Gebäude entsteht ein Innenhof, welcher für das Restaurant genutzt wird. Über dem
Innenhof wird ein neues verglastes Dach mit Fassade geplant, welches bei diesem Projekt im Fokus
steht. Für die Planung der Innenhofverglasung werden zwei Vorkonzept entwickelt und verglichen.
Beide Vorkonzepte werden vordimensioniert und dienen als Grundlage für den Konzeptvergleich. Für
die weitere Planung wird auf ein Ausführungskonzept, auf Grund von funktionalen und ästetischen
Aspekten reduziert. Basierend auf diesen Ergebnissen wird ein Konzept vertieft und dafür Detailpläne
entwickelt, das Glas bemessen und das Montagekonzept erstellt.
Die Entwicklung und die Auswahl des geeigneten Konzepts ist wichtig für das Wohlbefinden der
zukünftigen Nutzer. Durch sorgfältige Planung und Gestaltung können sowohl ästhetische als auch
funktionale Anforderungen erfüllt werden, um ein ansprechendes und lebenswertes Umfeld für die
zukünftigen Nutzer zu schaffen.
Several existing older buildings are being converted into a hotel with a restaurant.
An inner courtyard is being created in the middle of the buildings, which will be used for the
restaurant. A new glazed roof with façade is planned above the inner courtyard, which is the focus of
this project. Two preliminary concepts are developed and compared for the planning of the inner
courtyard glazing. Both preliminary concepts are pre-dimensioned and serve as the basis for the
concept comparison. For further planning, the design concept is reduced to one based on functional
and aesthetic aspects. Based on these results, a concept is refined and detailed plans are developed,
the glass is dimensioned and the installation concept is drawn up.
The development and selection of a suitable concept is important for the well-being of future users.
Through careful planning and design, both aesthetic and functional requirements can be met to
create an attractive and liveable environment for future users.
