Inbetriebnahme eines neuen HV PCBs und die Anpassung dieses PCBs, so dass es Regelkonform wurde. Es
wird auch die Fertigung und die Inbetriebnahme eines neuen Fan Supply PCBs aufgezeigt. Zum Schutz der
systemkritischen Signale wird sowohl, dass EMV Konzept wie auch das Grounding Konzept erläutert und
aufgezeigt, wie dieses im Rennwagen umgesetzt werden. Die Fertigung und Implementierung der erwähnten
Arbeitspakete werden in dieser Arbeit genau erklärt und es wird auf die aufgetretenen Probleme und den
aktuellen Stand jedes Arbeitspaketes eingegangen.
This bachelor thesis describes the construction of the racing car alvier, which is designed for the Formula
Student project of the Academic Motorsport Club Zurich (AMZ). The thesis describes the production and
commissioning of an LV battery and the corresponding LV supply PCB. In addition, the TSAL Driver system
is described and the adaptation of this PCB to the four-wheel drive is described. Furthermore, this thesis deals
with the different electrical systems of the HV battery. Among them are the commissioning of a new HV
PCB and the adaptation of this PCB to make it compliant. The production and commissioning of a new fan
supply PCB is also shown. To protect the system-critical signals, both the EMC concept and the grounding
concept are explained and shown how they are implemented in the race car. The production and
implementation of the work packages mentioned is explained in detail in this paper and the problems
